Hotel Salento Plaza

The room was unbearably hot at night, yet I didn't receive any complimentary fan or upgrade, the least an hotel should offer. No glass windows? I mean, really? And the walls are so paper-thin, I could hear conversations at 5 am. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't.

Also, location was marvellous and stunning, short walk from Main Square. I booked comfy tastefully decorated room with a huge bed. The staff were nice and helpful with requests...

The breakfast with fresh orange juice and fruits, as example was well prepared, you'll find what you need. The location for Salento was perfect and excellent, close enough to the center of Salento, close to the restaurant area, all the stores and restaurants and main plaza.

Consider bringing a small fan for ventilation since rooms lack AC and only have French doors.

Liked the hotel, it was peaceful with perfect and excellent location in the valley.

The garden is beautiful, and everything was perfectly clean. The staff was super friendly and helped us with great recommendations. The breakfast, especially the pancakes, was delicious! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square 😊

charming stay with easy access to main attractions

I really enjoyed my time here, as it was only a few steps to the main square and just a short walk to the beautiful Ecoparque the Mirador and Alto de la Cruz, perfect for exploring the local sights! The ambiance is cute, and the owner went out of their way to pack us breakfast since we had an early departure, such a thoughtful touch.

The breakfast is really good, with made-to-order items.

Bugs constantly flew in. I found the safety box frustratingly high up and hard to access, and there were too few surfaces in the room for my belongings.

Had an amazing stay! The king-size bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast included freshly made banana pancakes that were to die for. One downside was the lack of air conditioning.

The staff were kind and helpful, planning our coffee tour and a fabulous morning trekking with horses. The Beautiful Triple Room was comfortable, and the tranquil garden was perfect. Breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order options.

The hotel is located in a marvellous and stunning location, right next to the market square. It's only about a 5-minute walk to Salento center. - the entire staff is friendly. - the unit is fairly quiet and spotless with a nice decor.
